  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: No.
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: We need the first month’s rent and security deposit before we hand over the keys to you.

    No. The security deposit does not cover your first or last month’s rent. The security deposit is held to cover any damages that you may have caused in the property during your stay and is not dispersed until 30 days after your move out date.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: 18 years or older.
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Yes depending on the condition the property was left in at move out and any outstanding charges.
  • Q: Who needs a cosigner?

    A: This happens only when you do not qualify on your own because of credit criteria or income.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: Go to our website, click on the properties, find the property you want to apply for, and click on apply now.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Once you are approved your tenant portal link will be sent to you and you will be able to pay online.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: We need to let the owner know and see if they approve the type and breed of pet. Then you would need to fill out a pet agreement and pay a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per pet.
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    A: We would need to requalify your roommate to make sure they qualify to rent the home on their own with their own income.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: You need to give us a 30 day written notice, before the expiration of your lease, that you will be vacating the home when your lease expires.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: Tenant is responsible for placing the work order but if the repair is not tenant caused it is the owner’s responsibility to pay for the repairs.
